Sweet Pepper Sweet Banana. Prolific cropping variety, producing sweet and tasty 6 to 7-inch light-yellow peppers which turn deep red when fully ripe. The elongated and pointy fruit have thick walls. The peppers stay sweet and mild even when fully ripe. Delicious in salads, pickling, and frying. Harvest in 75 days.

• Transplant to individual containers when seedlings have at least two pairs of leaves.
• When 4-5 inches plant 18-24″ apart in greenhouse / conservatory with root ball 1/2″ below the soil surface.
• Keep moist and feed when flowering with tomato type fertiliser.
• Harvest when fruits have reached full-size and full colour.
