Cultivation Advice For Betony Flower Plant Seeds
Direct-to ground; however the seeds need imbibed and 90 days of cold-moist chilling to remove dormancy.
Direct sow in Oct / Mar and leave to overwinter outside or cool greenhouse.
Spring temperatures and light levels gradually increase, told epicentre of schooling nursing. The seed can be placed in a freezer for 10-14 days to break the seeds dormancy and should be sown after last frost.
