Order Dispatch
We dispatched promptly by post or parcel carrier within 1 working weekday. Please note delivery times may vary by individual country, region and delivery company. In some cases products have to be checked by customs first upon importation.
Prices
Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to revise any prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances or a change in the VAT rate. Please remove this for the time being. Currently we not VAT registered and unable to provide VAT receipt.
Delivery
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours on weekdays (Mon – Friday excluding bank holidays) to the delivery address, which you supply. Our dispatch times are very quick; however the dispatch of orders during our busy period (January- May) may take up to 2 working days. All estimates are from the time payment is cleared.
Postage and Packaging
All charges are applied at a fixed price per invoice paid in a single transaction, regardless of the order size or mix of seeds ordered and will be automatically added to your shopping basket. For heavy items there may be a additional postal charge which will be clearly stated.
Payment
We accept payment for online orders by American Express Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple pay & G ooglepay. Cards are debited when the order is first processed, in order to avoid issues where credit & debit cards may expire before the date of delivery. Just provide your card type and number, expiry date and the three-digit security code, which can be found on the back of the card.
Availability
We regularly update our stock level and only offer products which as available to ship within defined dispatched timeframe. Occasionally, items become unobtainable due to crop failure, high demand or other reasons. In these circumstances we will get in contact with you and will either fully refund the item or offer you an alternative.
Conditions of Sale
All seeds sold by us are assured to comply at the time of delivery with E.U. Seeds Regulations currently in force. All information given about products is to the best of our ability, and is for general guidance only. All capacities are approximate.
Seed Quality
The germination and purity of all scheduled seeds is inline with EU seeds regulations currently in force. Please note seeds are alive products and germination, plant growth and harvest depends on many important factors such as proper planting time, seed depth, type of soil, watering, proper use of fertilizers, weed controls, fungicides, insecticides, disease free soil, and suitable weather conditions throughout the growing period and grower’s skills. Germination is affected by such factors as temperature, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of planting media.
Although we do everything possible to get seeds to you in the best possible condition far exceeding legal requirements and will provide as much help as possible, these factors are totally outside of our control and once you receive the seeds its over to you. Consequently, we take no responsibility for the suitability to your local conditions of any variety offered, the indicative cultivation advice provided or ultimately the varieties performance. As such you should seek local advice to carefully ensure your local conditions and the time of season are appropriate to the variety purchased.
Customer Service
In the event of any query, or claim for goods lost or damaged in transit, please quote the name and full address. Contact [email protected] Right to Cancel You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after receipt. Please contact us via [email protected], if you wish to cancel an order. You must take reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and return the item with original unopened and undamaged packaging. Buyers needs to pay return shipping charges unless we agree to pay for shipping charges in advance. Please contact [email protected] if you would like to make amendments in you order. Normally change is order is not possible because of short time frame between order receiving and dispatch time. We will only be able to make amendments if order has not been shipped. Once order is dispatched from our depot we cannot cancel or amend your order.

Liability
We are not liable if you have damaged the items through your own activity or utilised different instructions to that provided on the item listing page. No liability for death or personal injury caused be carelessness. We are not responsible for the site’s accuracy, although every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained is correct and up to date. We do not guarantee that this site will operate free of error or that it is free from computer viruses or any other contaminating computer programs. We will not be liable to you or in breach of contract for delay or failure to perform due to any causes beyond the reasonable control of us or our suppliers, including but not limited to Acts of God, civil commotion, industrial dispute, riots, flood and legislation. Liability shall be limited to the cost price paid for the item.
