Another excellent indeterminate hybrid with exceptional taste, large, luscious fruits that offer old-fashioned tomato taste for sandwiches and salads. They remain firm when ripe, so you can slip a slice into your favourite summer sandwich, BLT or burger and savour the rich, succulent, sweet taste. Produces a heavy yield steadily through the summer season into mid-autumn. Indeterminate. Fruit 280 Gram. 75-90 cm plants.

Cultivationn advice for Tomato – Steak Sandwich

• Sow in early spring 1/16 inch deep.
• Germination takes around 6-14 days at 65-75F.
• Transplant the seedlings when large enough to handle into 3 inch pots.
• Grow on under cooler conditions and when about 8 inches tall, position in the greenhouse and plant out 24-36 inches apart.
• Provide support and tie in regularly.
• Remove side shoots and restrict the plant to one main stem. In late summer remove the growing tip to hasten ripening.
