Linum Perenne Blue Flax is a beautiful small clump forming perennial border plant. It has long linear foliage, freely producing panicles of sky blue flowers from mid summer into autumn. 45cm. Best in full sun on free draining soil. Best sow seeds directly as they do not appreciate being disturbed / transplanted.

Cultivation Advice 

• Best for direct sowing as the seedlings do not appreciate being disturbed / transplanted.
• Sow direct to the growing location or container where they are to flower in spring, or late summer for over-wintering in southern counties.
• Sow seeds thinly on soil that has been raked to a fine tilth and cover. Rake in lightly 2-3mm depth. .
• Thin young seedlings to 10-15cm apart.
• Best in full sun on light well drained soil.
