Cabbage Pak Choi Green Stem
Cabbage Pak Choi Green Stem Shanghai Pak Choy or Baby Mak pak choy-have a short mature height at only.6 to 8 inches and are distinguishable by their lack of blemishes on the pack around a dense circular base. When harvested young, the entire plant can be steamed and eaten whole, as in southern China. The green-stemmed varieties are somewhat hardier than their white stemmed form. As they are subject to bolting it is recommended that the seeds be sown before or after the hot, dry season. So you could keep on sowing them into early winter and harvesting the young flowering stems in a similar way to broccoli. (3 Gram per pack ~ Around 1500 Seeds)
