Aubergine Turkish Orange Plant A beautiful heirloom Aubergine from Turkey that now can be more common in the Italian specialty markets. The plants make small 18-22in vines, are high-yielding and bear dozens of tiny (2-4 in) round glossy fruits that each have a very pretty deep orange starburst under the blossom end. These have quite a sweet, aromatic and delicately meaty flesh which provides an intense savoury hit in any dish.
