ACHILLEA FILIPENDULINA CLOTH OF GOLD
This variety has a mounded habit with dark green deeply cut foliage and 24 tall flower stalks in early summer. They have showy blooms that attract bees/butterflies and flowers are great for fresh or dried-cut flower arrangements. Grows under many conditions tolerating some heat due to poor soil
Cultivation Advice ACHILLEA FILIPENDULINA CLOTH OF GOLD
between February to June or September and October.
GROW SPRING OR LATE SUMMER Sow seeds under glass, thinly and evenly on the surface of fine seed compost in pots or trays.
Cover seed with a light dusting of compost or vermiculite in order for the seeds to germinate as they like plenty of light.
Germination will take 7-14 days at 15 to 20C.
Prick out seedlings as soonas large enough to handle and grow in pots.
Gradually accustom to outdoor conditions after last spring frost.
In its second season, plant out to 30-40 cm apart in well-drained soil full sun.
