Carpet of Snow Seeds Alyssum Outstanding, early blooming low border annual produces a blanket of thimble-shaped clusters of pure-white blossoms with characteristic sweet-tasting honey-like fragrance and delicate beauty all season long. Low-spreading compact plants 4-6 inches high and wide are densely covered with sweetly scented, pure white florets of only a quarter-inch width in inch-wide to -spread clusters. Very free flowering. Ideal for lining walkways, borders and areas where bulbs have been planted in the autums, rock gardens and general groundcover planting between paving or stones as well as to grow containers (including Baskets) or windowboxes. Very easy to grow.

Although Alyssum is an annual it will often reseed itself in protected habitat
Grows more in sunny environments but grows very well even under light shade.
