Marigold Dwarf French Legion D’Onore. A 150 year old Heirloom French variety with intense, rich, orange and yellow single flower heads, borne on branching bushy uniform plants averaging 20cm.  Exceptionally early flowering with outstanding garden performance quickly becoming smothered in flowers all summer. French Marigold Legion of Honour is a reliable and robust border filler, flowering all summer long with a minimum of dead-heading.

 Cultivation Advice 

• Days To Germination:  5-8
• Planting Depth:  1/4 – 1/2 inch
• Spacing, Plant:  12-15 inches
• Plant Height:  6-8 inches
• Light:  Sunny Location
• For early bloom, start indoors in a sunny window, or under cover with warmth 4-6 weeks before transplanting outdoors.
• Planting depth 1/4 to 1/2 inch.
• Thin and transplant when large enough to handle, growing on and acclimatising outside after all danger of frost has passed.
• Protect from slugs and snails whilst young.
