Statice Limonium Sinuatum Pacific Mix. One of the best flowers for dried displays and extremely tolerant to a wide range of conditions including drought. Vigorous plants (50-60cm) produce an abundance of blooms in a wide range of colours held high above the main plant that will produce over a long period. Great fresh cut or dried for an ‘everlasting’ bouquet.

Cultivation Advice 

• Sow sparingly as early as 8-10 weeks prior to the last frost at 1/4in at 70-75F in good seed compost.
• Germination around 15-20 days depending on conditions provided.
• Can be sown directly outside in rows after all danger of frost has passed.
• When germinated grow on in cooler conditions.
• When large enough to handle transplant to trays and grow on.
• Acclimatize to outdoors conditions and plant out to sowing position in full sun 12-18 in apart.
• Cut Statice flowers the when they are fully developed and full of colour.
• For dried flowers hang the freshly cut blooms upside down in a warm dry location until completely dry.
